    Case study

Culver City's mobile mechanic, packaged like a brand that costs five times more.

WestPro Auto is owner-operated by Leo Juarez — 10+ years under the hood, no shop overhead, no rotating technicians. The job: turn a one-man mobile operation into a search-and-conversion machine that looks bigger than every chain shop on the Westside, without the cost or maintenance burden of a full CMS.

    The Build

A static React 18 + Vite 5 + TypeScript site engineered for speed, indexability, and zero maintenance. No admin panel, no database, no auth — content lives in typed source files so updates are version-controlled and bulletproof. Every byte is tuned for Core Web Vitals and Google's patience.

SEO Engine That Earns Its Keep

160+ indexable URLs across 17 static routes, ~34 service pages, 15 city pages, and 100+ blog posts. Strict 50–70 character titles via a 3-tier fallback system. Auto-disambiguated duplicate service titles. Canonical tags everywhere. JSON-LD schema for AutoRepair LocalBusiness, Service, BlogPosting, FAQPage, and BreadcrumbList. XML + tabbed HTML sitemaps. AI-crawler policies in robots.txt. This site does not ask Google for permission — it hands Google a manual.

A Homepage Built to Convert, Not Decorate

10-section long-form funnel (~2,000+ words): hero with dual CTAs, trust bar, owner intro, 10-symptom warning checklist, repeating mid-page CTA bands, service overview, "why mobile saves time and money," step-by-step process, Leo's bio with photo, service-area grid, testimonials, 8 homepage FAQs, and a final call-or-form section. Every scroll has a job.

    Local Domination, City by City

15 dedicated city pages — primary (Culver City, Santa Monica, Inglewood) and secondary (Mar Vista, Palms, West LA, Marina del Rey, El Segundo, Beverly Hills, and more). Each one ships with local scenarios, parking and access notes, most-requested services for that area, and a city-specific FAQ block. This is how you own the map without buying ads.

    Content System That Scales

100+ articles chunked across 10 TypeScript files to dodge bundle and circular-dependency issues, then aggregated through a single data layer. Every post: unique SEO title, 150–160 char meta, hero image, structured H2/H3 hierarchy, FAQ block, related cities, related services, related posts, and BlogPosting + Person schema under Leo's byline. Authority compounds.

    Conversion Infrastructure

Sticky mobile click-to-call bar reserved with proper bottom padding so footer content never gets buried. Phone number wired as tel: across every component. Repeating CTA bands through long pages. Contact form on /contact and embedded in the homepage finale. Tracking helper pre-wired for analytics events. The whole site exists to make Leo's phone ring.
